Our Founder
Mike Healy BA, MBA, FCIPD, FICW, has held Board Level roles in FTSE 100 companies. He is an Associate Director of the Institute for Collaborative Working. Mike has honed his expertise in Human Resources Management, Leadership Development and Employee Development, navigating the complexities of both public and private sectors. Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in recruiting and training apprentices, graduates, and senior managers, while also coaching numerous senior executives to reach their full potential.
Driven by a desire to make a difference, Mike founded FACE OFF, originally aimed at equipping young people with techniques to neutralize the impact of bullying. Through community workshops, he impacted the lives of hundreds of children. Recognizing the broader applicability of the principles he developed, Mike adapted them to address various demanding and challenging situations faced by people in the workplace.
Drawing from his extensive experience, Mike has also refined these principles to champion collaborative working, recognizing its pivotal role in achieving success across all spheres of life.
